How does EEG Tranquility work?
Using advanced EEG technology, EEG Tranquility senses when your brain is distracted or focused, anxious or calm, and translates your brain activity into simultaneous audio feedback.

When your mind is distracted and anxious, you will hear a constant sound; when your mind is deeply focused and calm, you will hear a chirping white noise sound.
1. Capture Brain Wave
EEG Tranquility has 3 advanced biosensors that capture the Alpha Wave, the type of brainwave associated with relaxed consciousness.

2. Signal Passed to Circuit Board
The user's alpha wave signal is passed to the circuit board to be processed.

3. White Noise Audio Feedback
The circuit board processes the user's brain signal, determines the user's meditation status, and generates simultaneous audio feedback based on their meditation idealness.
4. User Makes Improvement
The user adjusts their breathing, rhythm, and focus based on the audio feedback, improving their overall meditation practice.
